  1. Professional Evaluation & Store Credit We will assess your old chair based on its brand, model, age, and physical condition to provide a fair depreciation value. This value will be issued to you as Store Credit, which you can immediately apply toward the purchase of your new massage chair at our store.

  2. Eco-Friendly Disposal Depending on the condition of the trade-in unit, we will give it a second life. We may resell it, donate it to a charitable organization, or responsibly recycle it as scrap. By trading in, you are also contributing to a greener environment.


 

🚚 Flexible Transport Options

We know that moving a massage chair is heavy lifting. We offer two options to handle the logistics:

  • Self-Drop-Off: You can transport the old chair to our designated location. Choosing this option allows you to utilize the full amount of your trade-in offer.

  • Pick-Up Service: If you require us to haul away the old chair, we will arrange a third-party delivery company to handle the pickup. The actual cost quoted by the delivery company will be deducted from your trade-in value.
    Please Note: If the cost of shipping exceeds the depreciated value of the old chair, you will be responsible for paying the difference.


 

📝 Terms and Conditions

To ensure clarity and fairness, please review the specific rules regarding the use of Trade-In Store Credit:

  • Expiration: Your Trade-In Store Credit must be used within 90 days of issuance. Any credit remaining after this period will automatically expire and become void.

  • Usage Cap: We reserve the right to stipulate that the Store Credit applied cannot exceed 10% of the value of the new chair being purchased.

  • Program Rights: We reserve the final right to refuse a trade-in based on the condition of the item or to limit the amount of Store Credit applicable. We also reserve the right to modify or terminate this Trade-In Program at any time without prior notice.
