We strive to get your comfort delivered as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process and delivery options.
🕒 Processing & Shipping Times
- Order Processing: Orders placed Monday–Friday are processed within 48 hours. Weekend or Holiday orders are processed on the next business day.
- Massage Chairs: Shipped via freight. Average delivery time is 7–14 business days.
- Small Items: Shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Average delivery time is under 7 business days.

🚚 Detailed Service Breakdown
What is Curbside Delivery?
This is our standard free service. Your chair will be delivered via a lift-gate truck and placed at the edge of your property (driveway or curb).
- Your Role: You are responsible for moving the box inside your home and assembly.

Tip: Because massage chairs are heavy, we recommend having 2 people available to help move the item indoors.
What is White-Glove Delivery?
A premium, stress-free experience where we handle the heavy lifting and setup.
- Professional Placement: Agents will unload and place the chair in your room of choice (includes up to two flights of stairs).
- Cleanup & Organization: We’ll handle the mess! The team can either remove all packaging debris for you, or neatly break down and fold the large cardboard boxes and materials, making it easy for you to store them for the future or dispose of them for recycling.
⚠️ Important Delivery Notes (For All Methods)
- Scheduling: Once your item reaches the local terminal, the carrier will call you to schedule a 4-hour delivery window (Mon–Fri, 8 AM – 5 PM).
- Signature Required: A signature is mandatory. Drivers cannot leave the item without a signed Proof of Delivery (POD).
- Inspection is Key: > Before signing, please inspect your item. If you notice any damage to the packaging or the chair, please note "Refused due to damage" on the receipt, or clearly document the specific damage on the POD before the driver leaves.
- Access Restrictions: If your road or driveway is inaccessible to a large freight truck, delivery may not be possible. Please notify us in advance of any narrow or difficult access points.
