This NON-TRANSFERRABLE Warranty is provided by Titan MassageChair,Inc.
We guarantees that your qualified product will be replaced or repaired at our option, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty parts, workmanship or structural defects during the first THREE (3) years of ownership, excluding specific limitations contained herein.

What Is Covered*:
• This warranty explicitly covers all parts, labor and framework of the chair.
• This warranty includes parts costs and labor for the first year at no cost to the customer.
• This warranty includes parts costs covered for the second year at no cost to the customer.
• Structural Framework on selected products carries an additional one (1) year of warranty for a total of three (3) years.
• The additional extended warranties includes parts and labor costs covered at no cost to the customer.

What Is NOT Covered*:
• This warranty does not include any shipping expenses incurred.
• This warranty does not include normal wear and tear including velcro or zipper malfunction, or tears in any fabric covering by abuse.
• The warranty shall not apply if the product has been damaged physically, whether intentionally or due accident or neglect: including stains, fluids, mold, water damage, animal damage, cuts, burns or is otherwise unsanitary, damaged or soiled.

Implied Warranty & Other Damages:
• Any implied warranties shall be limited to the duration of the 1 year portion of this limited warranty, and with regard to structural framework, limited to the duration of the 3 year portion of this limited warranty.

Got in by curb side drop-off. Actually the delivery service dropped off inside the garage. came in 2 large cardboard boxes. Make sure you actually see the dimensions of the product and your doors before ordering. Pretty heavy components. needed help in getting then inside the house!!! Assembly was not bad. Needed about 45 minutes to assemble. Will need lifting help when assembling so be ready. Used it for a couple of days so far. Like the modes available. Also like the movable electronic controller and the zero gravity modes. So far so good. Looks and feels good material too. Will update soon.

January 8, 2012, My cousin has one and I use it more than he

man, after a workout I love this chair! My cousin Justin has one. (He has more money than sense.) But for once, I'm thrilled he went overboard with his spending because I drop by on my way home from the gym. (I'm a workout freak.) I stikin LOVE THIS CHAIR! I have NO idea if the Shiatsu is enough to do my body any actualy physiological good but mentally and physically I sure can relax in it. I've gone to sleep in it after 5 mins more times than I can count. Now would I buy one? If I was wealthy, yea! But for now, I'll let him just pay the bills while I get the benefits. i can't see this chair as being worth the $2+ grand it costs but otherwise, it's a real joy.

December 15, 2015, Fantastic massage and best family Christmas present ever!

I purchased this at Costco since they were offering $500 off and the fact that if it breaks at any point, they allow you to return for a full refund. Also, if you look at the warranty, you're required to ship it to the manufacturer (at your cost) to have it repaired. I'm certain that would be no less than $300 RT, whereas returning it to Costco costs me nothing. The chair? We love it!!! The entire family. I'm having to invest in a "take-a-number" machine just so that we can schedule massages. The latest version also includes the foot massage which is terrific. With eyes closed, it also feels like a masseuse is working your back and buttocks. I've had a sore hip/back for over 18 months and with just a few days with this, I actually woke up pain-free yesterday. Best investment for a family Christmas present ever.

July 15, 2016, An excellent massage chair

I bought this chair to replace a much more expensive Panasonic massage chair that had finally stopped working after a decade, with no repair parts available. The Osaki technology is definitely superior to my older chair, & I was pleasantly surprised at how well the inflatable bags work instead of rollers. Figuring out the programming function was pretty much trial-&-error, but just using the pre-programmed functions will work most of the time. I had heard rumors that the bags squeeze too hard, but I found the pressure quite pleasant, & I sometimes increase the defaults if I'm really sore.

About the only thing I would change is the six beeps when the programming starts & stops...my parrots have picked up on that, & it drives me nuts! Other than that, it's pretty much flawless.
